Real-life Customer Service | January 25, 2017

A few days before Christmas, my mother was shopping at Target when she was approached by a young woman who handed her the card pictured below along with a $20 Target gift card.

 

The gift was a gesture from Supply House (who just happen to be a client of mine!). With this campaign, they made a small investment that left a huge impact on random strangers who may eventually become customer! 

 

Receiving a gift card out of the blue is surely something you’d tell your friends and family about, isn’t it?
